ITiMS director attends launch of National Microbiome Initiative at the White House
ITiMS director, Thomas Schmidt, was at the White House on Friday, May 13, 2016, for the launch of the National Microbiome Initiative.
The National Microbiome Initiative was launched by the White House's Office of Science and Technology Policy on Friday. Dr. Schmidt is head of the Michigan Microbiome Project which is a part of the National Microbiome Initiative.
